أولاً: داخل مصر
- فترة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال: 7 أيام فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- الاسترجاع يتم فقط في حالة وجود عيب تصنيعي أو تلف بالمنتج.
- العميل يقوم بمعاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام للتأكد من حالته.
- في حالة الاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن داخل مصر (70 جنيهًا).
ثانيًا: الطلبات الدولية
- مدة الشحن قد تصل حتى 40 يومًا حسب الدولة.
- يتم قبول الاسترجاع فقط للمنتجات التي بها عيب تصنيعي أو تلف.
- العميل يتحمل تكلفة الشحن الدولي في حالة الاسترجاع.
ثالثًا: شروط عامة
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وبنفس التغليف عند الإرجاع.
- المنتجات التالية غير قابلة للاسترجاع:
- بطاقات الهدايا.
- المنتجات الرقمية.
- منتجات العناية الشخصية أو الصحية.
- لا يتم تطبيق خصم على خصم.
- عملية استرداد المبلغ (في حالة القبول) قد تستغرق من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو وسيلة الدفع.

- للاستفسارات أو لطلب الاسترجاع، يمكنكم التواصل معنا مباشرة عبر واتساب الموقع.
- يتم الرد خلال 24 ساعة عمل، عدا الإجازات الرسمية في مصر.

1. Within Egypt
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days only from the delivery date.
- Eligible only in case of manufacturing defects or product damage.
- Customers must inspect the product before accepting delivery.
- For returns, the customer pays a shipping fee of 70 EGP.
2. International Orders
- Delivery may take up to 40 days, depending on the destination country.
- Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or damages.
- Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
3. General Conditions
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Digital products.
- Personal care or health-related products.
- Discounts cannot be combined (no discount on discount).
- Refunds (if approved) may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment method.
